Business Development Executive - Greater Philadelphia Area
About the job
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Your primary focus will be identifying and establishing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with referral sources, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of our company. This position reports to our Director of Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Promote services by cultivating relationships with CCRC's, physicians, hospitals, assisted living communities, and community partners.
- Generate referrals and admissions of new clients
- Initiate meaningful discussions to understand and fulfill the unique needs of referral sources.
- Present marketing materials and services to referral providers through one-on-one meetings and community events.
- Collaborate with leadership to devise comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, outlining weekly and monthly initiatives crafted to surpass established objectives.
- Participate in networking events, and community engagement activities to represent our company and create brand awareness
Qualifications and Skills
- Two to three years of prior successful Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, and/or Assisted Living sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Sales/result driven with a sense of urgency
- Strong presentation skills
- Optimistic outlook with positive energy
- Proactive self-starter who takes initiative
