Job description:
- Minimum of three years of experience within Commercial Real Estate
- Team player with strong organizational and computer skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in all facets of commercial litigation, including the pleading stage, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals.
- Working knowledge of e-discovery platforms and e-filing requirements in both state and federal courts.
Qualifications:
- Able to work independently and should have excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills in drafting and proofreading legal documents, as well as estate planning documents, along with any correspondence.
- Organizing, maintaining files, and assisting with marketing activities.
- Prior litigation and e-filing experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- 2-3 years of previous legal assistant experience, litigation, and e-filing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
