- Utilize your experience with eDiscovery software to organize data for document production requests.
- Edit and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal standards.
- Stay ahead of the curve with a thorough understanding of litigation processes.
- Keep track of deadlines proactively.
- Manage cases diligently, notifying attorneys of necessary actions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally.
- File documents electronically with the courts.
- Draft documents and filings with precision.
- Assist in preparation for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Bring a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to the table.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
- Exercise sound judgment, including the ability to identify and escalate issues.
- Deliver excellent oral and written communication.
- Prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines consistently.
What You'll Need:
- At least 3 years of related experience in a law firm or legal environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with eDiscovery software, specifically Relativity and Trial Director.
- Proficient command of the English language and standard grammar rules.
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
