Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to individuals across various age groups and health conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and document patient histories accurately.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, associate degree in nursing acceptable.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
