Physical Therapist (Schaumburg)
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist for our new facility in Schaumburg. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques to help patients, athletes, and employees quickly return to their pre-injury state.
Our therapy team works collaboratively with Physical Therapists, Assistants, Physicians, Nurses, and Physician Assistants, ensuring a comprehensive and compassionate approach to orthopedic care. We offer a friendly atmosphere that fosters one-on-one patient care and personalized treatment.
Position Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will conduct assessments, create treatment plans with measurable goals, administer therapeutic interventions, monitor patient progress, document treatments, and educate patients and families. Your focus will be on improving patients' quality of life through individualized care and effective discharge planning.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Possession of or eligibility for an Illinois state physical therapy license
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families
- Availability Monday through Friday, including two evenings to meet patient needs
