As a Service Technician, youll be on the frontline, delivering top-tier service to our residential and commercial customers across Bozeman, Belgrade, Big Sky, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities- Run service calls for no heat or no cool issues perform diagnostics and complete repairs
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) on a variety of heating and cooling systems
- Install HVAC equipment in residential or light commercial settings
- Use software tools to complete work orders, record job details, and process customer payments
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergencies
- Provide excellent customer care communicate clearly, listen actively, and ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
Who Were Looking For- Prior HVAC service experience is a plus, but were equally excited to train the right person
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong mechanical aptitude
- Great communication skills both with customers and with team members
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
