What Youll Do- Design and prepare civil engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for land development and municipal projects.
- Manage permitting processes with city, county, state, and federal agencies.
- Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and due diligence reports.
- Provide cost estimating, project scheduling, and technical coordination support.
- Oversee active construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve design and performance goals.
Qualifications:
What Youll Bring- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Professional Engineer license preferred).
- Experience: Proven track record in land development, stormwater management, or municipal engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related design tools.
- Knowledge: Strong grasp of Florida building codes, environmental regulations, and permitting standards.
