What Youll Do- Design and develop civil engineering projects from roadway alignments to water, sewer, and drainage systems.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to drive smart, sustainable design decisions.
- Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and detailed cost estimates with precision and creativity.
- Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure all designs meet local, state, and federal regulations and project standards.
- Support and mentor junior engineers and design staff, sharing your technical expertise.
- Use Civil 3D to create accurate and efficient design and drafting work.
- (If EIT) Perform stormwater management technical writing, calculations, and reports to support project documentation.
Qualifications:
What Were Looking For- 2+ years of experience in civil or site development projects (4+ preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
- EIT certification preferred, but not required well support your professional growth either way.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the drive to take ownership of your designs.
- A passion for civil engineering and an eagerness to learn, grow, and innovate.
