- Resident Evaluation & Treatment Planning: Assess residents' speech and language needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Activity Selection: Create activities to improve independence in daily living.
- Progress Monitoring: Track resident performance, adjust treatments as needed, and prepare detailed reports.
- Rehabilitation Support: Assist residents recovering from illness, injury, or other conditions.
- Safe Environment: Promote a clean, safe, and supportive setting for residents and staff.
- Confidentiality: Protect resident information and maintain trust.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of care and progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
- Current New York State Speech Language Pathologist License.
- Experience preferred, but new graduates/CFYs are welcome to apply.
