What Youll Do:- Lead the design and management of projects across residential, commercial, educational, and multi-use developments.
- Drive projects from concept to completion, including site design, stormwater management, grading, and erosion/sediment control.
- Manage permitting processes with regulatory agencies (NJDEP, municipal, county) and navigate approvals with confidence.
- Oversee site investigations and ensure compliance with state and local design standards.
- Prepare concept plans, subdivision plans, technical reports, and more.
- Collaborate closely with contractors, sub-consultants, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
- Balance multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality and timelines.
Qualifications:
What You Bring:- Education & Credentials: E.I.T. required; NJ P.E. license preferred.
- Experience: 510+ years in civil engineering, site design, or land development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or equivalent stormwater software.
- Expertise: Stormwater management, grading, utility design, and erosion/sediment control.
- Strengths: Excellent communication, time management, leadership, and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Mindset: Strong work ethic, ability to thrive independently and collaboratively.
