Were seeking an experienced HVAC Service & Installation Technician to join a growing team in Hart, MI. In this role, youll work on residential and light commercial projects, handling everything from installations to service and maintenance. Key Responsibilities- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork to manufacturer standards and local codes
- Perform diagnostics, service calls, and system repairs
- Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency best practices
- Document all work performed, materials used, and customer recommendations
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe working order
- Follow all safety protocols, building codes, and EPA regulations
Qualifications:
Qualifications- 2+ years of HVAC installation and service experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required (or ability to obtain)
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
