Position: Experienced Patent Attorney

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Patent Attorney to join its growing Intellectual Property team. This role involves counseling clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, with a primary focus on patent prosecution.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

10+ years of patent prosecution experience

A portable book of business

Active membership in good standing with the U.S. Patent Bar

The attorney will be expected to work in-office at any of the firms established locations across the Southeastern United States and Washington, D.C.
