Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis
Our client is a 75 million dollar software company that offers an all in one monitoring solution for IT infrastructure for businesses across all industries and all sizes. The Company just transitioned from a founder lead business to an investor backed organization with a belief that the Company is ready for its next growth chapter. As part of that strategy, the Company is shifting its focus to North America from its current German based operations.

Reporting to the SVP of Finance, the FP&A Senior Manager will be responsible for the overall financial planning and analysis globally to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting and forecasting daily/weekly

- Analyze current financial performance against historical data and forecasts

- Identify trends, variances and opportunities for financial optimization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis

- Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy

- Prepare board materials and any ad hoc presentations to the board

- Manage the annual budgeting process, including capital expenditure planning

- Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions

- Assist in development Controlling Team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Finance; Accounting or Business Administration; MBA is a plus

Knowledge and experience:

- 7+ years of experience in analysis

- Advanced modeling and analytical skills

- Advanced MS Excel, including complex formulas and calculations

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements analysis

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of technology / software industry, including KPIs, metrics, multiples that are relevant to operations and business valuation

- Prior experience in a private equity portfolio company, a PE firm investing team and/or Investment Banking experience is required
