Job description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney who will represent personal injury clients in New York.
- Handle a caseload, attend court, negotiate settlements, oversee trial preparation, conduct trials, and attend meditations and arbitrations
- Advise clients of claim liability and legal rights and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
- Conduct depositions and respond to discovery demands
- Ability to conduct discovery and draft motions
- Gather evidence to initiate and support legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of the case
- Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of plaintiffs personal injury experience.
- Trial experience is a plus.
- The ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Must possess a license to practice law in New York State.
