Job Description
- Lead and manage litigation cases with minimal oversight
- Handle complex matters, including construction defect, product liability, and tort litigation
- Engage in trial preparation, depositions, and courtroom appearances
- Collaborate closely with clients and team members to achieve favorable outcomes
- Maintain a consistent case load with no minimum billable hour requirement
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado
- 4+ years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense, construction, personal injury, or general commercial litigation
- Trial and deposition experience required
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
