Job Description
- Represent clients in employment litigation defense matters
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis
- Manage depositions, discovery, and trial preparations
- Attend and participate in trials and settlement negotiations
- Work closely with senior litigators to ensure exceptional client service
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in employment litigation defense
- Strong skills in preparing pleadings, briefs, and trial documents
- Experience managing complex litigation cases
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (NJ/NY license is a plus)
- Must have defense-side experience, not plaintiff-side
