Job Description

• Install plumbing systems and fixtures in new residential buildings.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute plumbing projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning of plumbing systems.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls with timely solutions.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Make water and sewer main connections.
• Comfortable with trench work and operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role.
• Solid mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail for accuracy in installations and repairs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
