Job Description:
- Handle litigation cases, with a focus on construction and complex litigation matters
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare discovery materials
- Assist with trial preparation and represent clients in court hearings
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide legal updates and case progress
- Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategies and negotiate settlements
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- 2-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in construction and complex litigation
- Admission to the South Carolina State Bar required
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
