Senior Project Engineer

As the new Sr. Project Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency in one of their largest production facilities. This hands-on role offers an exciting opportunity to:
- Spearhead multiple high-impact capital projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Directly report to the Plant Engineering Manager, influencing key decisions.
- Apply your expertise to shape the future of our manufacturing processes.
Compensation:$100K - $130K + 10% bonus + 9% 401K match + outstanding relocation.
Location:Janesville, WI. Excellent relocation is offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating with Operations, Production, Finance, etc.
- Manage relationships with external partners.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards
- Oversee project planning, reporting, and financial forecasting
- Travel as needed to manufacturing sites, suppliers, and other project-related locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience.
- 3+ years food or beverage manufacturing experience.
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment.
- Travel up to 15% domestic.
