Job description:
- Lead the planning, design, and management of vital infrastructure projects including roads, water systems, and public facilities
- Supervise project teams, from junior engineers to CADD technicians, ensuring collaborative and efficient project execution
- Represent the firm at public meetings, engaging with municipal officials to align on community objectives
- Develop and sustain client relationships, ensuring responsive and proactive communication
- Conduct thorough plan reviews and oversee the construction to align with municipal standards and approvals
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in client relations with a strong drive for business development.
- Qualified to obtain PA Act 34, 114, and 151 clearances.
- Civil Engineer with seven years of experience in municipal project design and management (PA PE license preferred).
- Availability to attend evening meetings if needed.
- Holds a valid drivers license for client site visits.
- Proficient with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
