Overview:
As the Engineering Division Manager, you will lead a team in engineering controls design and electrical engineering studies. Your role will involve overseeing project finances, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in engineering controls design and electrical engineering studies.
- Manage division finances, including profit/loss analysis and budgeting.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and contribute to business expansion.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering growth and development.
- Experience managing personnel and overseeing cross-functional teams.
- Technical experience in mechanical or electrical engineering within data center settings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Controls Engineering preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in building services management or related field.
- Experience managing industrial controls engineering teams, preferably for data center infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of PMS and EPMS systems tailored for data centers.
- Familiarity with ICS protocols, architectures, and technologies.
