The construction manager will be working across various sites in the city of Philadelphia. Must be comfortable working any shift based on the needs of the client. They will be overseeing long-term mechanical and plumbing installations for various sites in Philadelphia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the construction of commercial, industrial, and civic structures, including roads, bridges, office buildings, and factories.
- Coordinate and supervise projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to timetables and budgets.
- Collaborate with other managers on large-scale projects, each focusing on specific project elements.
- Serve as the intermediary between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory personnel, ensuring seamless communication and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Pennsylvania.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a holistic view of the project.
- Extensive experience and comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the building process.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable car for visiting assigned elementary schools in Philadelphia.
