Manager of Complicated Plastic Injection Molding Projects

• Five plus years of plastic injection molding experience and five plus years of experience managing large, complex projects are both required
• Pay is $80,000 to $120,000, depending on qualifications
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
• This position is onsite only as there is no remote option

• Overseeing, organizing, prioritizing and implementing multiple complicated plastic injection molding projects
• Ensuring projects stay on schedule and in budget
• Creating and growing relationships with customers
• Quoting projects, creating proposals and negotiating contracts
• Documenting
• Liaising between the customer, employees and management

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• Five or more years of experience managing large, complex projects
• Five or more years of plastic injection molding experience
• Two or more years of experience negotiating contracts
• Two or more years of experience working with production for large complicated projects
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45-minutes
