Growing manufacturing plant in eastern TN has immediate need for an HR Manager. The plant currently employs close to 200 people, and continues to expand. The HR Manager will be heavily involved in recruiting both hourly and salaried personnel. The HR Manager will also be involved in strategic decision making and policy development for the organization.
Qualified candidates must have a BS degree along with at least 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing. Must also have prior experience in Supervisory or Management roles.
