Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health
Location: Pottstown, PA
Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 (plus Bonus, Shift Differential, and Signing Bonus)

Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse in Behavioral Health, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients with mental health conditions. Your responsibilities include:
- Assessment and Planning:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess patients’ mental health needs.
- Develop individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address behavioral health issues.
- Patient Care:
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide therapeutic interventions.
- Support patients in crisis, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Foster a therapeutic environment that promotes healing and recovery.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
- Education and Support:
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement during challenging times.
Education Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Experience:
- Prior experience in Nursing is required.
Certification and Licensure:
- Valid PA Registered Nurse License.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
