Job Description
The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including:
- Reviewing and analyzing title reports, surveys, and related documents.
- Preparing and coordinating documents for purchases, sales, financings, and leasing transactions.
- Assisting with due diligence processes, including reviewing zoning and other municipal documentation.
- Drafting correspondence and transactional documents.
- Managing deadlines and transaction schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinating with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Maintaining organized files and transaction records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
- Solid experience with title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
